Waialae Nui Lower

Lower Waialae Nui Ridge is an older neighborhood. Most of the homes in the neighborhood were built from 1955 to 1959. Some homes have been rebuilt, but the original homes are all built up off of the ground. The walls are all tongue and groove construction. This is the classic Hawaiian-style home.
