About One Waterfront Tower

One Waterfront Tower condominium building consists of two rather futuristic towers that rise out of the landscape next to downtown Honolulu. The entire One Waterfront development also encompasses the restaurant row development which includes restaurants, shopping, and commercial space. The towers are residential and sit just behind and across South Street.  Because there is nothing currently to obstruct the views, the view out over the busy Honolulu Harbor is very interesting. You can also see from some of the units the reef runway at Honolulu International Airport off into the distance. On the other side, you can see out over Kakaako waterfront park and towards Diamond head.  The view is active and interesting.  The location is very good being close to two corridors that make it relatively easy to get around Honolulu (South Street and Ala Moana Blvd.).  The staff is very friendly at this building and the amenities are numerous.

The location is wonderful for getting around Honolulu. Located right on the corner of Kapiolani Blvd and Ward Avenue both of which are major corridors in Honolulu. Ward Center and all of its shops and restaurants and movie theaters and a short walk away. Ala Moana is very close as well. Across the street is the Neil Blaisdell Arena and Concert Hall. And just a short stroll towards the mountains is the Honolulu Academy of Arts, one Honolulu's main museums. The ocean views are wonderful from this building.

The Harbor court condo is a distinguished building in the downtown urban landscape. Built right across the street from the Aloha Tower, the units have views out over the busy Honolulu Harbor. In the distance many units can view the planes taking off and landing on the reef runway at the Honolulu International Airport.  Despite being in such a busy area, noise has not been a problem for the residents at the Harbor Court. The location, on the corner of Nimitz Highway and Queen Street, makes it very easy to get around Honolulu. All of the units are 2 bedrooms and of generous size with many being over 1400 square feet interior. The original appointments including granite counter tops were well thought  out including air conditioning vents discretely placed in relatively unusable crevices along the wall.

1001 Wilder condo is an older building on the slopes of Punchbowl, Honolulu (Oahu).  The location of 1001 Wilder is wonderful for getting anywhere in the city fairly quickly.  The condominium units are spacious and the ceilings high. You can enjoy the wonderful city lights view in the evening and you can also see the ocean in the distance.  This building is rather close to the Honolulu art museum and the Blaisdell concert hall.  It is a short drive to both Punahou School and the University of Hawaii.  The building offers many amenities including a heated pool on the roof top deck.

400 Keawe condo project Kaka’ako is a new development from Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii, Inc. and Kamehameha Schools recently announced a collaborative effort to develop a mixed-use project in Our Kaka’ako that will add a total of 183 housing units to the island’s urban housing market. The project will be located on the block bound by Auahi, Keawe and Pohukaina streets.

Peninsula at Hawaii Kai is a wonderfully located newer town home project on the marina in Hawaii Kai.  This are roughly small single family homes which provide many amenities and access to a boat dock and access tot eh marina.  Located in desirable Hawaii Kai, it is within walking distance to shops and just a short drive to beautiful beaches such as Sandy’s and Hanauma Bay.  It is just a 30-minute drive to Honolulu.
