About One Waterfront Tower

One Waterfront Tower condominium building consists of two rather futuristic towers that rise out of the landscape next to downtown Honolulu. The entire One Waterfront development also encompasses the restaurant row development which includes restaurants, shopping, and commercial space. The towers are residential and sit just behind and across South Street.  Because there is nothing currently to obstruct the views, the view out over the busy Honolulu Harbor is very interesting. You can also see from some of the units the reef runway at Honolulu International Airport off into the distance. On the other side, you can see out over Kakaako waterfront park and towards Diamond head.  The view is active and interesting.  The location is very good being close to two corridors that make it relatively easy to get around Honolulu (South Street and Ala Moana Blvd.).  The staff is very friendly at this building and the amenities are numerous.

The Harbor court condo is a distinguished building in the downtown urban landscape. Built right across the street from the Aloha Tower, the units have views out over the busy Honolulu Harbor. 400 Keawe condo project Kaka’ako is a new development from Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii, Inc. and Kamehameha Schools recently announced a collaborative effort to develop a mixed-use project in Our Kaka’ako that will add a total of 183 housing units to the island’s urban housing market. The project will be located on the block bound by Auahi, Keawe and Pohukaina streets.

On the makai end of the block, the Castle & Cooke project named 400 Keawe, will feature a six-story low rise condominium building with 75 market priced and 20 reserved housing units. One- to three-bedroom floor plans will range in price from the high $300,000’s to mid $700,000’s. The building will be wrapped with 10,000 square feet of commercial space that will be integrated with the liveable and walkable neighborhood.
